You have on-demand legal services at predictable monthly rates. We work collaboratively to achieve a business-focused practical approach to proactive legal risk management.
Business Counsel Membership is available to clients in Pennsylvania and Maryland only. Your business must be an LLC or Corporation to qualify. Business Counsel Membership Plans do not include business formation or trademark services. For more information about Membership, book a free consultation!

Scaling Business Plan
Ideal for < 25 Employees
- Annual review of critical business documentation

- Dispute resolution short of litigation
- Attorney Time monthly: TBD –minimum 5 hours, fee based on agreed hours
