What is MyCase?
MyCase is a secure cloud-based software system that allows us to set up and organize your legal matter in an efficient manner. With your own personal login, you can send us secure messages, comment on documents, share documents with us, access your invoices, and easily make payments. All your important case information is centralized in one place for ease of future reference. Instead of searching across different systems and software with multiple logins, keep track of it all in MyCase.

Each client of Cheri D. Andrews, Esq. benefits from their own MyCase Client Portal. Clients have 24/7 access to essential matter details including documents, contacts, messages, and invoices. We prefer portal messaging over email for the security of client communication, but also because emails get buried in our inbox on a daily basis.
New Clients
Once we input your contact information into our system, you will receive a welcome email from MyCase containing login instructions and a link to set up a unique and secure password.
Once you activate the portal, you will be able to view all the items Cheri D. Andrews, Esq. has shared with you (e.g., documents, invoices, messages, events). You are able to pay invoices through the portal, leave me messages, and upload documents you want me to review.
Existing Clients
Once your portal is activated, click the "Access MyCase Client Portal" button to log into your secure private MyCase portal. You can also login from any link sent to you via email notifying you of a document or message in the portal.
